The Cabernet Franc is quite typical, with Loire propinquity. The nose is earthy & very juicy with aromas of strawberries, Bram-bleberries & Blueberries with a stunning perfume of violets as well as Szechuan Pepper. Its fruit-forward palate is expressive with quite soft tannins. The body is fleshy with a decent acidity level. In terms of structure, I’d say the wine is on the lighter side missing some intensity compared to the initiative, foretelling nose. The finale ends on a fading acidity.
