It reveals notes of orangette, caramelized brugnon, small notes of lemon associated with touches of dry peach, quince as well as fine hints of lemon flowers, cedar, a discreet hint of rose, small white flowers and a very discreet hint of Badiane. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, a certain freshness, a dry character, a good definition, tension as well as a certain energy and a fine fat. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of orangette, caramel pear, small notes of caramelized peach associated with touches of crystallized lemon, apple as well as hints of flowers, pâtisserie, a subtle hint of dry almond, dry tobacco, a very discreet hint of nougatine, dry oak and an imperceptible hint of Badiane (in the background). Good length.
