Pierre-Marie Chermette – Les Trois Roches 2019 – Moulin-à-Vent

The nose is fruity and offers power (full of finesse), a fine grain, a certain intensity and a certain aerial side. It reveals notes of fresh wild blackberry, lily, small notes of small crushed red berries associated with fine varietal hints (dry local copse), small crushed blue fruits, very fine hints of nutmeg and spices. The palate is fruity, silky and offers juiciness, a small suavity, a fine grain as well as a fine gourmandize and an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright cassis, small notes of bright raspberry associated with touches of cherry as well as hints of liquorice, fresh cornflower, lily, a very discreet hint of cuben pepper, chocolate and an imperceptible hint of dry local copse. Tannins are well-built and silky.
