The nose is racy and offers a small power, a fine grain, dynamism as well as a certain intensity. It reveals notes of ripe wild blackberry, ripe cassis and small notes of violet associated with touches of blue plum, crushed strawberry, hints of tea, chocolate, toast as well as fine hints of racy minerality, Cuben pepper and vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a mineral frame, juiciness, a small tension, generosity as well as fullness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, pulpy / juicy cassis and small notes of pulpy purple plum associated with touches of wild strawberry, crushed red berries, hints of violet, cherry blossoms , chocolate as well as fine toasted hints, toasted almond, a hint of vanilla and a very discreet hint of tea. Good length. Presence of mineral hints, dark chocolate, tea, juicy fruits and a fine hint of coffee on the persistence.
