The olfactory profile emerges on notes of chamomile, crushed almond, ripe yellow fruit and hints of vanilla. Structured and soft on the palate, the sip is rich, complex and harmonious while the finale is persistent, savoury and pleasant.
The winery, founded in 1926 by the great-uncle of the current owner Peter Zemmer, extends over about 60 hectares with vineyards that stretch over various territories with different soils. Vigna Crivelli is a Magrè cru on soils of fine sands and morainal detritus rich in limestone, silt and clay.
