The nose is aromatic and offers a small power/intensity. It reveals notes of dry zests, a racy minerality, small notes of fleshy quince associated with fine hints of spices, crushed brugnon, discreet hints of white flowers, an imperceptible hint of bee wax and zests. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, gourmandize, a small tension as well as suavity, a small sapidity, tension as well as a fine straightness, a fine unctuosity and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy quince, small notes of racy minerality associated with small touches of small white fruits as well as fine hints of toasted/sweet spices. Good length. A discreet tannic sensation on the finish/persistence.
