The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, racy and offers a good definition, a beautiful mineral frame, a fine acidity, juiciness, precision, a fine tension, a small fleshiness, gourmandise, a slight aerial side, a good volume, a beautiful roundness, a beautiful definition as well as a beautiful and slightly unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy peach, ripe / fleshy lemon and small notes of quince, Williams pear associated with touches of mirabelle plum, apple, a discreet hint of zest as well as a very discreet toasted touch / beeswax and vanilla.
