The nose is fruity and offers a small juiciness and a slight concentration. It reveals notes of ripe cherry and small notes of white fruits associated with touches of fresh citrus, quince as well as a very discreet hint of fresh green peach. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-structured and offers good definition, a beautiful juiciness, a slight acidulous frame, a good minerality as well as a very slight creaminess. The effervescence is fine, elegant and offers dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses small notes of fresh cherry, crushed raspberry and small notes of blackberry associated with slight touches of fresh citrus (lemon, mandarin) as well as discreet hints of apple and a very discreet hint of minerality.
