The nose has a fine reduction and finely tightened. It expresses notes of purple plum, creamy blackberry and more slightly – licorice stick, associated with a touch of small jammy red fruits as well as a hint of pepper / clove. The palate is fruity, textured and offers freshness and minerality, a certain elegance, gourmandise, finesse in its richness. It expresses notes of creamy blackberry, pulpy blackcurrant and more slightly – violet, associated with touches of creamy cherry as well as hints of chocolate, almond and fine hints of clove and a subtle toasted tip in the background. Fine dryness on the finish/persistence.
