The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful precision, tension (in finesse), delicacy (in subtility) and shyness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, quenette, small notes of vine peach associated with small touches of juicy/Crunchy pear, a very fine hint of mandarine flowers, papaya as well as very fine hints of racy minerality, a very discreet hint of butter/chestnut butter and a gravy salinity. Good length. Beautiful persistence. A very beautiful wine full of elegance, gourmandize and precision.
