The nose is fresh and slightly aromatic. It reveals slight notes of fresh/ripe blackberry and fresh/ripe red berries associated with toasted hints, licorice stick as well as a discreet hint of Sichuan pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers an acid frame, a slight tension, freshness, a good minerality as well as a beautiful finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe strawberry, raspberry and slight notes of cassis associated with discreet hints of licorice and sweet spices. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
