(90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc) The nose is fresh and offers a very fine powdery-airy side. It reveals notes of fresh/pulpy blackberry, small ripe wild berries and small notes of violet/iris associated with touches of small ripe red fruits, fresh pepper as well as a subtle hint of cornflower and a very discreet hint of fresh gray pepper. The palate is mineral, delicate and offers a certain subtlety, suppleness, freshness, a clayey terroir side, a lovely delicacy as well as a lovely delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy/juicy raspberry and small notes of small pulpy/fresh blue fruits associated with fine varietal/fresh touches, lilac as well as a discreet hint of toast and a subtle hint of chocolate in the background.
