The wine has a pale lemon color with green reflections. The nose offers complexity, freshness and tanginess. It expresses notes of green apple, lime, lemon juice, a slight sweetness of lemon jam, as well as aromas of fresh pineapple, white peach and ripe apricot. There is also a fine floral and herbaceous notes: the aromas of crushed peppermint, fresh thyme, oregano (in the background), oolong tea, lime blossom, acacia, as well as a very fine touch of brioche in the background, combined with a slightly smoky mineral hint (gun flint). On the palate, the wine is straight, chiselled, with expressive citrus notes and sharp acidity. It expresses notes of fresh lemon, lime jam, lemon zest, green apple, a herbaceous touch of peppermint, boxwood and fresh tea leaf, as well as a delicate roundness of fruit to core (white peach, apricot). The finish is long, lively and tangy. On the finish, we find notes of fresh citrus, a fine bitterness of grapefruit and lime as well as a delicate smokiness of gunflint. A refined and complex wine.
