The nose is still a bit yeasty, fermentative, needs time to settle and come to balance. The palate is tense, offering zesty, piercing acidity, high intensity of citrus fruits, ripe Amalfi lemons, pomelos, limes, a bit of elderflower. Nice juiciness on the finish, good length.
