The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, racy and offers a mineral frame, juiciness, gourmandise, precision, finesse, tension, a small richness, freshness as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy mirabelle plum, crushed quince and small notes of crushed apple associated with small touches of butter, almond as well as slight hints of citrus and a discreet hint of flowers.
