Fradon – XO – Cognac, Petite Champagne

Fradon – XO – Cognac, Petite Champagne

The nose is aromatic, fine, intense and quite powerful. It reveals notes of tangerine zests, dried peach, marmalade and slight touches of lemon zests combined with a hint of white flowers as well as a very discreet hint of rancio and slight hints of sweet spice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, a slight juiciness as well as a small power. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of crystallized tangerine, crystallized / juicy lemon and slight notes of nectarine, candied apricot associated with slight touches of grapes, a subtle hint of pâtisseries, roasted pineapple as well as slight hints of cedar and rancio. Good length. The finish is a bit powerful.
