(Tenuta Para) The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration / power, elegance as well as a very fine richness as well as a beautiful and fine grain. It reveals notes of wild red berries, garrigue / rosemary and touches of cherry bigarreau, crushed strawberry associated with hints of cassis, chocolate, Cuben pepper, violet as well as very discreet hints of coffee (in the background) and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-built, precise, suave, tense, very slightly tight and offers a beautiful juiciness, a mineral frame (racy minerality), a fine freshness as well as a fine acidulous sensation. On the palate this wine expresses notes of raspberry, ripe red berries and juicy black berries associated with small / fine touches of blackberry, slight hints of violet, tonka bean, camphor, cardamom as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of truffle (in the background). Tannins are fine, a bit tight and slightly dry.
