Ferme de Gagnet – Floc de Gascogne

Ferme de Gagnet – Floc de Gascogne

(white) The nose is fruity and offers power as well as a fine gourmandise. It reveals notes of mirabelle plum, dried orange zest and small notes of white fruit combined with a hint of alcohol. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fresh, mineral and offers straightness, a fresh / acidulous frame as well as a good juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of mirabelle plum, crushed quince and small notes of yellow apple compote combined with very fine touches of marmalade, a subtle hint of dried tangerine zest as well as very discreet hints of mango/dry apricot, alcohol, flowers and an imperceptible hint of spices (in the background). Good length and good persistence.
