The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color, with slight greenish reflections. The nose is fragrant and straight, with a precise mineral framework, as well as an aromatic floral bouquet, a tangy side of citrusand a certain roundness of stone fruits and exotic fruits. It expresses mineral notes (limestone), lemon, lemon zest, fresh green apple, white peach, fresh pineapple, as well as acacia, apple blossom and dried linden flowers. The attack on the palate is lively, with a beautiful tanginess. We find notes of lemon zest, lemon juice, fresh pineapple, orange zest, green apple, white peach, acacia, linden, aswell as a limestone mineral hint in final. Nice crispy acidity and good length.
