The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is frank, straight and offers a precise mineral frame(limestone, even chalky). It then expresses a lot of lemony freshness and a fragrant floral bouquet/ we find in particular the aromas of lemon zest, fresh grapefruit, a very slight bitter note of lime, as well asnotes of acacia, honeysuckle, a hint minty and slightly buttery in the background. There is also roundness on the nose thanks to notes of white nectarine and crunchy apricot. On the palate, the wineis chiselled and savoury, with a frank attack, an oily texture in the mid-palate and a lively acidity on the finish. It expresses the flavors of lime and yellow zest, grapefruit, fresh quince, a floral touch (acacia, honeysuckle), white nectarine, apricot, a touch of butter and saffron on the finish. The finish is persistent, refreshing, tangy and mineral. A wine with lots of energy and freshness.
