(Chardonnay) The nose is elegant, beautifully structured, delicate and offers deepness, a fine richness, gourmandize as well as a beautiful freshness (in finesse). It reveals notes of fleshy / fresh yellow apple, fresh / juicy pear and small notes of fresh quince associated with touches of juicy small white fruits, fresh/ripe small yellow plum as well as hints of racy / saline minerality, acacia, brown butter as well as very discreet almost fresh sage hints, fresh almond, toasted oak (in the background) and an imperceptible almost peppery hint (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant and offers a well-mastered power, a small unctuosity, sapidity, deepness, fullness, a well-mastered richness, finesse, energy, a fine tension as well as an iodized minerality. The construction is full of control and finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy peach, juicy yellow apple and small notes of fresh / juicy pear associated with touches of crushed mirabelle plum, fresh sage, white flowers, lime, hints of iodine / saline minerality, brown butter as well as discreet hints of garrigue (in the background), almond flowers and an imperceptible toasted hint (which brings roundness / gourmandize). Good length and gourmandize. Beautiful persistence with hints of butter, salinity as well as on the flesh of the fruit.
