The wine has a lemon yellow color, of medium intensity, with golden reflections. The nose is precise, concentrated, a bit tight and reserved at first, but complex. It expresses the tangy aromas of candied lemon, lemon zest, fresh pomelo, combined with rounded notes of stone fruits and exotic fruits (ripe apricot, crunchy pineapple, white peach), white flowers (acacia, linden) dried), as well as a touch of flower honey, fresh almond and butter. The palate is very fragrant, rich and generous, while remaining fresh and elegant. The attack is expressive and open, with sweet honey notes (flower honey, chestnut honey), floral notes (acacia, dried linden, apple blossom, honeysuckle), as well as a fine spiciness(nutmeg, cumin) and a touch of beeswax. We then find the sweetness of stone fruits and exotic fruits(juicy yellow peach, apricot, ripe pineapple, a hint of passion fruit in the background), candied lemon and pomelo. The finish is long, savoury and gourmand and adds notes of bitter almond, toasted hazelnut and smoke, as well as a hint of caramel and a delicate bitterness. The acidity is supple, but quite fresh. Avery beautiful wine, fleshy, rich and complex.
