The nose is elegant and offers a fine power, concentration, complexity as well as a discreetly tight grain. It reveals notes of fresh Mirabelle, white plum, small notes of white nectarine associated with small touches of quince/small crushed fruits, lychee, lemon flowers as well as a fine hints of zests, a racy minerality and a very discreet hint of patisserie. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandize, a good definition, finesse, elegance, a mineral/acidulous frame, a small richness (full of finesse), a certain concentration, fat, a beautiful racy minerality (reflects the terroir), energy as well as a beautiful guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, pulpy/juicy Mirabelle, apricot, small notes of quince, pulpy/juicy Mirabelle, apricot, small notes of crushed apple associated with touches of kumquat, lemon, lemon flowers as well as a discreet hint of verbena and a very discreet hint of sense of the place (local biotope). A beautiful persistence on hints of honey and vanilla/toasted.
