Dartigalongue – VSOP – Bas-Armagnac

Dartigalongue – VSOP – Bas-Armagnac

The nose is aromatic and offers a certain power as well as elegance. It reveals notes of dried orange, crushed kumquat and small notes of caramelization associated with touches of sweet spices, dry yellow grapes, orange blossoms as well as a very discreet hint of dried quince and a subtle hint of cedar. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, fat, a fine tension, roundness as well as gourmandize. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of dry yellow grapes, orangette and small notes of quince jam associated with small touches of caramelization / crème brûlée as well as a subtle hint of acacia flowers, honey and a subtle hint of fresh blond tobacco. Good length.
