The nose is elegant, fruity and offers beautifully mastered power as well as intensity (finesse) and delicacy. It reveals notes of candied yellow peach, candied yellow berries and small notes of roasted pineapple associated with small touches of orange, caramelization, cedar as well as a hint of rosewood, fresh lychee, very discreet hints of sweet spices and a subtle hint of sweet blond tobacco (in the background). The palate is fruity, elegant, delicate, precise and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, roundness, fat, richness as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate, this Port expresses notes of jammy quince, crystallized lemon and small notes of candied vine peach associated with touches of lychee, orangette, fine hints of candied pineapple as well as fine hints of caramelization, dried tobacco, nutmeg, a hint of patisseries and chocolate. A very discreet toasted hint on the finish / persistence.
