The nose is fresh, fine, aromatic, elegant and quite charming. It reveals notes of fresh boysenberry, fresh/ripe cassis and slight notes of fresh strawberry associated with a hint of licorice/sweet spices as well as a discreet hint of toasted oak and an imperceptible hint of Timut pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, nicely mineral and offers a good elegance, straightness, a good gourmandise as well as precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, fresh/ripe raspberry and slight hints of fleshy Gariguette strawberry associated with a hint of flowers, a discreet hint of racy minerality, slight notes of caramelization as well as a slight hints of chocolate and licorice. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length and beautiful gourmand persistence.
