Château Fleur de Lisse 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Château Fleur de Lisse 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fragrant and spicy. It expresses pronounced notes of clove and nutmeg, and more slightly – vanilla powder and licorice. We also find juiciness and a fruity side concentrated in the aromas of crushed strawberry, morello cherry, roasted red cherry and raspberry coulis, with delicate floral touches of violet and lilac in the background. On the palate, there is roundness and richness. The flavors are ripe and generous: the wine expresses notes of morello cherry, blackcurrant jam, roasted red cherry, crushed strawberry, blackberry and black plum, combined with toasted and roasted notes (coffee, roast meat), of roasted aromatic herbs as well as floral touches (lily, fresh violet) and chocolate. The tannins are soft and melted. Good balanced acidity, depth and concentration. The finish is persistent, spicy and silky.
