The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, balanced and offers a nice fat, gourmandize, a certain crispness, tension, a nice fineness of grain, an airy side, a stretched side, a certain sapidity as well as purity. The wine express the notes of fresh/bright apple, fresh/bright peach and apricot combined with hints of fresh lemon, fresh tangerine as well as fine points of exotic fruit, a discreet hint of fresh kumquat and lemon blossom. Good length. Presence of an imperceptible hint of fresh mango on the finish.
