It reveals notes of candied orange zests, caramel, dried yellow peach, leather and slight notes of cacao associated with a hint of flowers (orange blossom, lemon blossom), candied white fruits, nutmeg, spices and grilled oak. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a slight acid frame, minerality, suavity, power as well as a beautiful structure and precision. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of candied mandarin, dried orange zests and slight notes of peach in syrup associated with a hint of dried lemon, caramel, toasted oak, a grilled hint and a subtle hint of dry fruits on the finish. The finish is relatively suave. A beautiful straight, precise and elegant Armagnac.
