The nose is fruity, racy, elegant and offers a fine richness as well as a fine incisive side. It reveals notes of candied lemon, crystallized tangerine and small notes of candied white peach associated with small notes of floral, fine hints of fresh / fleshy Williams pear, fine touches of fresh pineapple, racy minerality as well as very fine touches of spices and lemon blossoms. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, precise, harmonious and offers a beautiful acid frame, tension, finesse, fat, a fine unctuosity, a fine straightness / incisive side, freshness as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, crystallized tangerine, ripe / juicy pineapple and small notes of vine peach associated with a touch of crushed pear, lemon blossom as well as a subtle / discreet touch of dry apricot and almond. Good length. Good persistence with touches of citrus fruits and candied citrus.
