The nose is fruity and offers a fine power as well as a beautiful ripe/fresh fruit. It reveals notes of quite ripe cassis, fresh/ripe strawberry, redcurrant, small notes of blackberry associated with fine touches of fresh lily, violet as well as hints of cardamom, tonka bean, a very discreet hint of spices, cuben pepper, underwood and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, squared and offers a good freshness, elegance, tension as well as energy, an acidulous frame, precision, a fine incisive side and sapidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ripe cassis, pulpy/ripe/fresh strawberry, small notes of quite ripe blackberry associated with touches of crushed redcurrant, fresh/acidulous violet plum as well as small touches of tonka bean, cardamom, nutmeg, underwood, a discreet hint of chocolate, an imperceptible hint of vanilla and a fine salinity (in the background). Good length and persistence. Tannins are fine, supple and integrated.
