CHATEAU BOUTISSE 2024 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Grand Cru Classé

The nose is frank, nicely spicy and offers a certain depth and a tight, spicy side. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, clove and small notes of small wild red fruits, associated with touches of cumin, blond tobacco and cornflower, as well as a hint of graphene and a subtle touch of vanilla. The palate is beautifully fruity, juicy, it offers brilliance, good definition and a certain juiciness/brilliance to the fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of brilliant cassis, brilliant red cherry and small notes of blueberry, combined with touches of small juicy red fruits, hints of cornflower, sweet tobacco, as well as a fine hint of nutmeg. A wine offering lovely freshness and an infusion side in freshness.
