The nose is fine, fruity and offers a good freshness. It reveals notes of fresh/ripe blackberry and slight notes of fresh wild raspberry, flowers associated with slight notes of fresh/ripe red berries as well as hints of licorice and slight toasted notes/chocolate. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers a beautiful freshness, a nice juiciness as well as a nice gourmandise/maturity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe blackberry, crushed fresh raspberry and slight hints of fresh/ripe cassis associated with slight notes of licorice, toasted oak as well as very discreet hint of discretely caramelized oak. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length and persistence with a slight chocolate hint.
