The nose is fresh, fine, élégant, aromatic and offers a slight richness/creaminess. It reveals notes of lemon cream, fresh mandarin and slight notes of fresh exotic fruits associated with hints of brioche as well as a discreet hint of white flowers, almond/hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of spices. The palate is fine, fat, round and offers straightness, a good structure, a slight tension, elegance, minerality as well as a beautiful balance. The effervescence is fine, elegant and straight. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon, fresh/crushed Granny Smith apple and slight notes of nectarine, green lemon zests associated with a disreet hint of honey as well as a subtle hint of vanilla, brioche and egg cream. Good length and persistence. The finish is slightly tight.
