Champagne Pierre Legras – Cost Beert, Blanc de Blancs – Chouilly, Grand Cru – Brut

Champagne Pierre Legras – Cost Beert, Blanc de Blancs – Chouilly, Grand Cru – Brut

(Base 2017. Disgorgement: 02/2020) The nose is fresh, fruity and racy. It reveals notes of yellow plum, nectarine and small notes of crunchy pear combined with touches of dried almond. The palate is fruity, fresh (beautiful freshness), mineral and offers elegance, a certain dynamism as well as suavity. The effervescence is well-built and lively. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, pulpy / juicy pear, fleshy / fresh apple and small notes of juicy / fresh plum associated with small touches of quince, tangerine flowers as well as hints of racy minerality and discreet hints of dried almonds. Good length. Good persistence with the presence, in particular, of a discreet hint of hazelnut.
