The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, a small freshness, a slight juiciness as well as a small tension. The effervescence is well-built and offers a small straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, ripe red apple and slight notes of quince associated with a subtle touch of crushed brugnon, mirabelle as well as an imperceptible touch of beeswax / pâtisseries (in the background). Good length and persistence.
