There are notes of quince, small juicy / ripe yellow fruits and small notes of yellow peach associated with a touch of citron, pineapple as well as very discreet hints of nutmeg, a sense of place (local biotope) and a very discreet hint of fresh oak. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, precise and offers a beautiful freshness, a certain aromatic purity, deepness, a fine straightness as well as an incisive side. The effervescence is fine, delicate, precise, clear and elegant. On the palate, this Champagne wine expresses notes of quince, citron and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with a touch of lemon zest, pineapple, small yellow flowers as well as discreet hints of racy minerality, subtle hints of sweet spices and an imperceptible almost beeswax hint.
