(100% Chardonnay) The nose is fine, rich and elegant. It reveals notes of mirabelle plum, citrus and muesli associated with fine notes of honey, apricot as well as slight woody notes and brioche. The mouth is fine, elegant, fat, quite rich, and offers a beautiful vivacity and freshness. Very nice effervescence. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of citrus fruits (quince, lemon …), fine notes of peach syrup and slight notes of honey associated with slight notes of apple as well as slight notes of pineapple and brioche on the finish. Good length.
