Champagne Charles de Cazanove – Blanc de Noirs – Brut

Champagne Charles de Cazanove – Blanc de Noirs – Brut

(Happy Holidays Season Edition) The nose is relatively aromatic, spicy and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of citron, lemon and small notes of quince associated with touches of spices as well as fine varietal hints (bramble, flowers …) and discreet hints of crushed peach. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers tension as well as a good structure. The effervescence is slightly unctuous and offers dynamism. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quince, citron and small varietal notes associated with small touches of zest, kumquat as well as fine hints of nutmeg, cloves and an imperceptible almost pepper hint. Good length.
