The nose offers notes of lime zests, citrus and citrus mesocarp associated with touches of green peach as well as fine hints of flowers, bee wax and a very dsicreet hint of spices (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality as well as freshness. The effervescence is fine, dynamic, gourmand and offers a fine creaminess. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of brugnon, crunchy pear and small notes of lime associated with small touches of citrus as well as a very fine hint of citrus mesocarp, mandarin, crunchy nectarine and a very discreet hint of bee wax. Good length.
