Champagne Bollinger Special Cuvée NV

Champagne Bollinger Special Cuvée NV

One of the prestigious non-vintage champagnes produced by a Maison founded in 1829 by Jacques Bollinger, Paul Renaudin, and Joseph Bollinger in the village of Aÿ. It presents a golden yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it reveals aromas of apples and pears, complemented by notes of brioche, nuts, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is rich and complex, with flavors of ripe fruits layered with toasty notes. This full-bodied champagne is structured with a creamy texture and refreshing acidity, finishing with lasting aromas and impressive depth. It is made from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Meunier.
