The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a small power, harmony as well as delicacy. It reveals notes of pomme d’amour, dry orange, small notes of dry flowers associated with touches of tarte Tatin, Sichuan pepper as well as fine hints of dry peach, nutmeg, cedar, rancio/caramelization, a discreet hint of spices and an imperceptible hint of tea. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a good definition, finesse, tension, a small juiciness, a small minerality, a fine freshness as well as a fine acidulous/juicy frame. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of dry peach, dry pear, small notes of dry orange associated with touches of pastries, lemon cream as well as discreet hints of tobacco, nutmeg, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. Good length. A very discreet tannic sensation on the finish.
