The wine has a lemon colour with golden hues. The nose is quite aromatic and expresses notes of ripe lemon, pineapple, ripe yellow peach, white peach in syrup, ripe Granny Smith apple, a touch of mint and acacia. The palate expresses ripe citrusy flavours, especially, of lime (lime juice, lime zest, lime jam), as well as of lemon peel, dried herbs and grapefruit. The finish is long, with a good bitterness. A balanced and well-made wine.
