A wide olfactory range that opens with hints of exotic fruit, delicate floral scents, citrus peel, hazelnut, a touch of vanilla and menthol nuances. The intense and well-balanced sip shows a deep texture that is both dynamic and consistent. A lengthy and saline finale that closes on a note of toasted hazelnut.
It was 1898 when Christian Schrott, the parish priest of Termeno, decided to set up a cooperative to group together the area’s many winegrowers. It now has 160 grower-members managing 270 hectares of vineyards.
