The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is finely spicy, with a fragrant floral bouquet and fresh fruitiness. We first find the notes of sweet spices (clove, licorice stick, a hint of grated nutmeg and white pepper). The second nose expresses fragrant floral notes (peony, rose, wild flowers), associated with fruity aromas of red cherry, strawberry, fresh raspberry, dried raspberry, red currant as well as a hint of wild blackberry. On the palate, the wine is chiselled, tangy, with an airy texture and good bitterness. It expresses notes of ripe red cherry, juicy red currant, tangy raspberry, crunchy strawberry as well as a fine touch of white pepper, clove, nutmeg and licorice in the background. The tannins are melted and velvety. The finish is persistent, with a slight note of nutmeg and floral notes (peony, dried wild flowers, rose). Beautiful crunchy and salivating acidity.
