The nose is elegant and offers a beautiful complexity, finesse of the grain, intensity, a little spicy side / sweet spices / flowers. It reveals notes of creamy blackberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of licorice associated with touches of small blue fruits, crushed small red currants, as well as hint of vanilla, cinnamon, a subtle hint of clove, pepper. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, gourmandize (in finesse), tension (juiciness) a beautiful aerial side in the richness, a good maturity of the fruit, a chiseled side, a beautiful definition and a small fat. The wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry, small red currants and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of licorice, creamy/pulpy blackberry as well as hints of blond tobacco, rose, clove, a subtle touch of cuben pepper and spices. Tannins are precise and finely mellow. A small chew on the finish/ persistence.
