Aile d’Argent – Château Mouton Rothschild 2014 – Bordeaux

Aile d’Argent – Château Mouton Rothschild 2014 – Bordeaux

(57% Sauvignon Blanc, 43% Semillon) The nose is nicely concentrated. It reveals notes of grapefruit, rose petals and slight notes of white fruit and fresh peach. The palate is fresh, frank, fat, full, elegant and balanced. A nice acid frame leads the tasting. In the mouth it expresses notes of citrus (pink grapefruit, tangerine, lemon) and slight notes of exotic fruit associated with a touch of pineapple, pear, white peach and a very fine toasted note on the finish. Good length. A beautiful wine!
