Château Taillefer 2022 – Pomerol

Château Taillefer 2022 – Pomerol

The nose is fruity, concentrated and offers a floral side, a certain varietal freshness (in the background) as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, graphite and small notes of small wild black berries associated with a touch of small roasted red fruits as well as fine hints of violet, lily and discreet powdery/spicy hints. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a fresh structure, good definition, juiciness, a nice tanginess of the fruit as well as deliciousness. On the palate this wine expresses pulpy/juicy blackcurrants and small roasted red fruits combined with touches of small ripe/tart black fruits as well as fine hints of toasted hazelnut and chocolate/vanilla. The tannins are supple. Freshness, delicacy and a subtle texture on the finish.
