The wine has a nice pale gold color. It is clear and shiny. The nose is smoky and fruity with notes of ripe banana, yellow apple and pine forest. There are fine hints of racy minerality and sense of place with a light smoky edge. The alcohol is a little present on the nose with touches of mango and blood orange without forgetting a hint of candied melon. The mouth is fresh and fruity with a woody aromatic present on the pine forest, and pine sap. The frame is tangy with minerality, tension and straightforwardness. It is a solar wine yet with amplitude. We perceive notes of green apple, lemon as well as crunchy peach, juicy melon and iodine. The finish lingers in lime zest, salinity and acacia flower.
