About AG2R LA MONDIALE’s Vineyards

For over 30 years, AG2R LA MONDIALE has maintained a close relationship with the vineyards of Saint-Émilion. In 2006, the Group, already the owner of Châteaux Larmande (Grand Cru Classé) and Grand Faurie La Rose (Grand Cru), two estates adjacent to Château Soutard, acquired the latter.

In 2009, Château Cadet-Piola was added to the Group’s assets (before being integrated into Château Soutard in 2012), followed by Château Petit Faurie de Soutard in 2017 and four parcels of land acquired in 2018 and 2019 (Mauvezin, Boisseau, Cardinal Villemaurine, and Petrus Lignac).

In 2015, Château Soutard was listed as a Historic Monument following extensive renovation work undertaken by the Group to allow it to continue producing exceptional wines. Each year, the three Grand Crus Classés (Soutard, Larmande, and Faurie La Rose), vinified in their respective cellars, are recognized for their exceptional organoleptic qualities.

A pioneer in Bordeaux wine tourism, Château Soutard has also been welcoming visitors from around the world since 2011.
